Hospitality Supervisor, Melbourne, Bayside & South Eastern Suburbs, Peninsula Kingswood Country Golf Club. Peninsula Kings wood Country Golf Club is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Hospitality Supervisor to join their dynamic front of house team in the recently opened state of the art clubhouse, located near the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.

The successful applicant will share our passion for delivering a premium hospitality service within a Member focused Club, who is experienced in all facets of the Hospitality industry, in particular restaurant operations.  In return you will have the opportunity to learn from career professionals who can help hone your skills for career progression.

In this hands on role, you will lead, mentor and motivate, ensuring we deliver professional, efficient and friendly service to members and their guests.

To be successful in this role you must possess: Excellent communication and customer service skills. A professional, enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude. Restaurant background desirable. The ability to work autonomously. Strong leadership. A punctual, reliable manner. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends. High level organisational skills and attention to detail. Previous experience within the hospitality industry, with Golf Club experience an advantage but not necessary. Current RSA certificate.
