Concierge/Receptionist - Jolimont & Como Sites, Perth, Berrington Care Group, First Point of Contact for all Visitors Permanent Part Time - Various Days 9 to 5, Diverse Role - Reception & Administration Assistance, Support both Jolimont & Como Aged Care Facilities with Parking Available

The Organisation: This is an aged care organisation providing high levels of care within luxury facilities. Berrington Care Group has an outstanding name in the industry and is reputation is second to none.  An experienced aged care provider with plenty in the pipeline.

The Facilities: The Facilities are centrally located at Jolimont and Como in Perth and are exceptionally modern where no expense has been spared. Both are stunning homes that currently enjoy high occupancy and a great reputation within the local community.

The role: The primary function of the Concierge staff member is to be the first point of contact for all visitors to the facility and to provide administrative assistance. Act as central liaison person for all visitors (either via telephone or at the facility). Promptly assist staff, residents, visitors and the general public with all enquiries. Assist the other Concierge staff with any required paperwork to ensure the smooth operation of the facility. Maintain the café supplies, equipment and environment.

Skills and Experience: 1 year experience in a front line customer service and administration role preferably in an aged care or five star hotel setting. Demonstrated Front of House skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written with staff, Management, residents and family members. Great attention to details and high level of accuracy and compliance. A team player but also efficient when working independently. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines and maintain a high quality of work. Commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Intermediate computer skills in Excel and Word. Ability and willingness to follow written and verbal instructions.

Displays a positive, cheerful and enthusiastic approach to life and aged cared specifically. Demonstrated ability to deal with a range of issues concurrently. Highly developed negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Ability to relate to older people with empathy and understanding. Willingness to embrace the philosophy and values of the Berrington Care Group.

Key Requirements: Certificate III in Administration / Care. National Police check (within 12 months). Must be flexible and must have unlimited rights to work in Australia.
