Marketing Coordinator, Century Personnel Pty Ltd, Sydney, CBD, Inner West & Eastern Suburbs. Century are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist with the delivery of marketing campaigns for events across the company's portfolio of businesses including the Sydney and Perth Comedy Festivals and its portfolio of Venues which include; the iconic Enmore, Metro, Factory Theatres and The Sydney Comedy Store. Responsibilities: The Marketing Coordinator's role is to work with the Marketing Manager and other Marketing Coordinators to deliver marketing campaigns across a variety of events.

Duties include: Coordinating content for our websites. Coordinating, building and sending EDMs for individual show campaigns and newsletters. Coordinating Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and other online networks. Creating and monitoring online advertising campaigns through Facebook, Google and YouTube. Coordinating the production and distribution of advertising across a number of mediums including print and outdoor. Coordinating the production and distribution of printed marketing materials including program guides, flyers, posters, etc. Reporting on campaign analytics and effectiveness against objectives. Assisting in other marketing duties as required.

Selection Criteria The ideal candidate will have: A keen interest in digital, online and social media with a very strong technical understanding of online platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid writing and content creation skills. Keen attention to detail. An interest in the entertainment industry with a particular emphasis on comedy and music. A positive and vibrant personality with a creative mindset. The ability to work under pressure and in a busy work environment. A strong commitment to problem solve and learn, along with a dedication to administrative excellence.

Experience in delivering campaigns through ESP programs, working with marketing CRMs, ticketing and project management software and a basic understanding of Graphic Design software will all be highly regarded but not essential.
