To support the growth of the business, an exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced sales person to join the team, for an Immediate Start. Experience within the Automotive industry is preferred, however not essential.

About the position: Working closely with within our small team your role is critical in providing a seamless service experience to the dealership clientele. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering the right solution for our customers to exceed client expectations regularly. Your role involves a mix of administrative and sales duties including, meeting and greeting clients, answering customer calls and invoice processing.

The successful candidate will ideally have the following experience: prior experience in customer service, administration or reception role (preferably automotive), a passion for the motor vehicle industry and particularly high-end luxury vehicles, Sales experience with an unbeaten track record in achieving sales targets, a commitment to delivering excellent customer service ability to initiate and maintain a relationship with customers managing the customer from end to end while maintaining all internal processes strong interpersonal and outstanding communication skills both written and verbal ability to complete all administration promptly and have a high level of attention to detail demonstrated experience in data entry working towards KPI’s related to customer service, sales and meeting manufacture standards must hold a current Australian Manual Driver’s license. Must be able to work Monday – Saturday.
