Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not applicable
Experience: 5 years or more
Work Setting: Independently owned business
Area of Technical Expertise: Waxing-up, Casting, Polishing
Area of Specialization: Crowns and bridges, Ceramic or porcelain application
Additional Skills: Train and supervise other dental technicians or dental laboratory bench workers
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Ability to distinguish between colours
