Receptionist/Sales Admin & Marketing, Harcourts, Melbourne, Eastern Suburbs. We are currently seeking a well presented and focused individual to join our award winning office to manage reception, assist with marketing, advertising & sales administration. We offer an exciting opportunity for a Real Estate receptionist to be apart of Harcourt’s Victoria's Number 1 team with the opportunity to grow within the company. This is a fast-paced, full time role (Mon - Fri 8.30 - 5.30pm). Receptionist experience preferred.
As the first point of contact, you will need to have excellent phone manner to intercept and delegate all incoming calls on a busy switchboard, while greeting and assisting clients, ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained at all times. The candidate is expected to have exceptional organizational skills to multitask between managing phone and email enquiries, cleanliness of the reception area and meeting rooms while providing full administration support. Assisting with all facets of the marketing/advertising and administration, you will be comfortable with working to deadlines and in a fast paced environment.
Duties & responsibilities: Answering and directing calls. Maintaining & directing emails. Greeting all clients. Marketing and advertising support. Maintain all office ordering for stationary etc. Property Management and Sales Assistance/administration. Prepare & maintain all meeting rooms. File management and maintenance of a filing database. Preparing & sending out general correspondence.
