Casual - Copywriter (Luxury Fashion & Accessories), RICARDA Fashion Objects, Perth, CBD, Inner & Western Suburbs. An excellent opportunity exists for a fashion forward, creative thinker and copywriter to further their career in the fashion industry. Reporting to the general manager, this position will be required to write all digital copy and content for RICARDA.

The Role: The role is ideally suited to a recent graduate with a background in english, literature and/or creative writing. You will have an interest in the international and local fashion industry, excellent copywriting skills with a sharp eye for grammar, punctuation and fact checking. A keen interest in digital content and social media is desirable. In order to be successful for this role it is essential that you have: English literature/writing background. At least 12 months experience in copywriting preferably in luxury fashion and/or interior design products. Ability to write engaging and original content. Ability to work well in a small team and effectively on your own. Superior written & verbal communication skills. High level of attention to detail & accuracy - grammar, punctuation and fact checking. Strong co-ordination and time management skills. Proven ability to build & maintain relationships. Understanding for writing content for e-commerce. Innovative thinker and ideas driven. Desired Skills (Ideal but not essential). Experience in writing seo friendly product description for e-commerce websites. Experience in product photography & editing using photoshop. Experience working across multiple social media channels. Experience or exposure to search engine optimisation (SEO). Experience or exposure to google adwords.

You will: Be a creative fashion copywriting extraordinaire. Be passionate about writing, in particular about designers, trends, styling advice, colours and silhouettes. Thrive in researching fashion trends, seasons and writing all digital content for the company. Provide timely administrative support to ensure accuracy of information. Action administrative tasks. Exemplary time management with the ability to manage tight deadlines. Have impeccable attention to detail with a creative eye. Maintain a strong understanding of all product ranges and their differentiators. Research trends, brands and competitors to maintain a competitive market edge. Amend, revise, and/or re-develop copy in response to feedback in a timely manner.
