The Service and Operations Manager role will report to the General Manager of Operations and be responsible for managing the service team and driving the productivity and quality of the service, engineering and parts areas of the company. To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate your ability to: Recruit, manage and inspire technicians involved in servicing agricultural machinery. Maintain and enhance processes to ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction. Drive continuous improvements in productivity and profitability.

As your service team will be a key point of contact with customers, you will help drive the company’s growth by identifying additional customer needs and opportunities. The role does not necessarily require you have a background as a service technician, but you must be able to manage and understand the repair and servicing work being performed and to work effectively as a workshop manager, mentor and guide to the technical team.
