Business Support Officer, The Opportunity: Sydney, CBD, Inner West & Eastern Suburbs. A number of Business Support Officers are needed for a Federal Government agency in Burwood, in a role that will see you making a real difference to clients by providing them with information that will help them become further integrated into the community. This position will allow you to work closely with clients, identifying the potential support available to help them in identifying and succeeding in their goals.

About the Role: Providing general administrative assistance to support daily activities in the office. Provide Reception support, meeting and greeting clients, including handling participant enquiries face-to-face and over the phone. Assisting with research and reporting as directed. Managing emails and appointments. Receiving and recording feedback in the Agency database.

What you need to be successful in this Role: Standout communication skills, coupled with the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work within a team and adapt quickly to a changing environment. Ability to prioritise and address competing and often urgent requests in a calm and efficient manner. Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information. Similar experience within Government, community services, health or disabilities considered highly advantageous.
