Warehouse / Delivery Driver, CCT construction supplies, Mackay & Coalfields. CCT Construction Supplies is a new and exciting business based in Mackay supplying to the Civil, Concrete and Trades industry. We have leading suppliers and a long history in the industry.

The Warehouse / Delivery driver will primarily receive, store, and distribute material, tools, equipment, and products within the establishment. They will also drive a motor vehicle over an established route to deliver or pick up goods to and from sites when required.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins. Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas. Accurately check goods inwards off invoice or delivery docket. Assembles and / or read all customer orders to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed. Assists sales people and management as required on various tasks. Performs regular Stocktakes as requested.  Uses computer to enter and print paperwork as required.

Drives vehicle to deliver customer purchases to customer's place of business, construction site or home and obtains customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery. Plan and executes the most practical delivery route.  Loads and cleans motor vehicle and trailer if required. Maintain neat, clean and tidy self as well as professional manner at all times. Picks and checks customer orders. Measure, cut and clean bolts as required on dropsaw and/or band saw. Training provided. Use forklift daily to unload and load trucks, move material around.

Qualification / Skill / Experience: Related experience within warehousing and construction sector. Would suit a tradesman wanting to get off the tools or an enthusiastic individual willing to have a go. Knowledge of Construction supplies is a distinct advantage. Basic level of computer literacy with familiarity of Excel and Word. Current drivers Licence (C class). Forklift ticket essential. Must be able to pass Drug and Alcohol test as required.

This role is a fulltime 38hr per week job with occasional overtime as required. Mon-Fri only.
