Minimum Requirements: B-Tech/ Bsc Quantity Surveying 3-5 Years experience Code B / 08 Drivers licence. Computer Literate – MS office Duties and responsibilities: Complete tender documents for submission Pricing of all construction works Prepare/assist with subcontracting documents Assist with resolving disputes and claims Attend to subcontractor and supplier issues/claims/variations Prepare progress claims to clients Preparation and submission of interim valuations On Site measurement.
