Admin Assistant / Office Support - Part Time – Redlands, LBP Projects, Brisbane, Bayside & Eastern Suburbs, We are a small but busy construction company looking for an enthusiastic part-time (3 days / week) Admin Assistant / Office Support to join our team with the potential for this to move into a full time role mid 2019.

Full training will be provided, and this role will be best suited for someone with a can-do attitude. You will also LOVE being organised and systemised! Our company is technology driven, with our own internal job management system we require someone who is good with technology and a fast learner.

Tasks include but are not limited to: Entering of jobs and costs in job management tool. Managing price and quote requests from suppliers. Invoicing, ordering and bank reconciliation in XERO. Weekly payroll and time-sheet management. Assistance preparing quotes. Preparing Excel spreadhseets and data entry. Overseeing job completion forms and approvals. Scanning and digital filing. Preparation of site documentation. Collection of stock from local suppliers. Website and social media updates. Some sales and marketing assistance. Assisting director and staff when required.
