We have opened a beautiful showroom located in the heart of Sydney CBD and are looking for a bright and passionate person to join our team. We are looking for a full time Sales Assistant who can genuinely connect with customers to create a personalised experience, is passionate about their retail career and ready to be part of something really special!

Our showroom is beautifully designed with clean modern aesthetics which sets it apart from other retail diamond stores, and our business thrives on a blend of innovation and tradition. We will provide successful applicants with training and previous diamond retail experience will be an advantage but is not a requirement. Position Overview: As a member of our team your focus will be to provide an exceptional experience for each and every Diamond Exchange customer. You will be motivated to consistently achieve or exceed sales budgets, while developing new customer relationships and nurturing existing ones through creating personalised experiences and driving the business to succeed as Diamond Exchange grows its national presence.

About You: You will be a dynamic, attentive and inspiring individual who thrives on customer relationship building and achieving outstanding results. You will be immaculately presented, enthusiastic, professional and have the natural ability to provide exceptional customer service and elevate the in-store experience consistently delivering memorable moments. You will have previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment, and feel ready to take your customer service skills to the next level.

Key Responsibilities: Ensure that excellent customer service is provided at all times by creating a memorable and personalised experience for each and every customer. Assist and guide customers through multiple purchasing decisions such as custom design orders and diamond options. Conduct customer consultations in our beautiful showroom and create a truly memorable experience in a luxury goods environment. Create personable experiences for Diamond Exchange customers by providing support and responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online enquiries. Consistently seek ways to improve the customer experience while adding value and building your skills and product knowledge.

Ensure that the showroom is always immaculately presented, merchandised to company standard, and inventory is closely controlled.
