Property Manager. Belle Property Double Bay are looking for a experienced Property Manager to join our Property Management department.

We are looking for someone who has a positive energy, a great communicator, a passion to develop their career. The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem solving and wants to work in an environment where they can deliver world class property management service to our clients as well as lead a team.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Ensuring ingoings and outgoings are up to date. Effectively liaise with Landlords & tenants. Conduct incoming, outgoing and routine inspections. Reporting to the Principal. Dispute Resolution / Tribunal. Strata Manager Liaison. Meet KPI's. Monitoring rent arrears.

The successful candidate will have: Live within the Eastern Suburbs or close by. A current Real Estate Certificate or Licence, with prior experience in the industry. At least 2 years in a similar role for Property Management. Strong, proven negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Be immaculately presented. Knowledge of REST / FileSmart / Inspection Manager.
