We are in the Sauce and Spice Manufacturing Sector and are looking for a Quality Controller Assistant. You must have the ability to oversee Quality control of raw materials, final product testing and releasing, monthly microbiological sampling, perform scale/thermometer versification, quality control checks on the floor, conduct GMP inspections, train staff and liaise with Suppliers for technical documentation.
