Ideal candidate should be a Graduate or Post Graduate in Sales & Marketing or Business Administration with minimum3 to 5 years of experience in FMCG sales. Key objective for this role is to ensure best possible results through effective control, training and frequent market contact with both the sales force and customers .Good communication skills, negotiation skills and presentation skills are the prerequisites for this role.
