Key Responsibilities: Contribute individually and as a member of a team to ensure service levels meet agreed client and internal standards. Handle all customer financial details such as customer account information, credit card details and banking account information with relevant integrity and confidentiality. Deliver a quality service to all customers to ensure customer and client satisfaction. Achieve and deliver effective level of personal work, activities, and high level of performance to meet individually set objectives.

Requirements: Grade 12, 6 - 12 months Call Centre experience, Eloquent English Vocabulary, Clear credit and good criminal record. Both customer and quality focused. Previous experience of dealing with customers via telephone and/or email.

What The Position Offers: Basic salary, Performance Bonus of up to 20% of your basic. Free medical benefit (Primary Care) is provided. Free transport is provided and is available for shifts that end at 7pm onwards. Company contributes towards your Pension fund. Shift allowance. (paid in arrears, you must work the implemented shifts first). Weekend allowance. (paid in arrears, you must work the implemented shifts. Salary: R9800.
