Sales Skills and meeting monthly targets (incentive driven). FOH duties and minor BOH tasks

Thorough Work Ethic and Good Attitude. Awesome Customer Service Skills. Good Leadership (lead by example). Willing to go the extra mile. Punctual/ Great Personal Hygiene and Upkeep. Following Company Protocol with detail, Managing Stock Takes and Kitchen Staff- able to control and delegate the team efficiently, Knowledge in Excel/ PC Skills/Basic Budget Recons and Updating on a daily basis, Available 6 days a week, Knowledge in restaurant operations and duties, Good Time Management, Motivating team. Meeting deadlines with efficiency, ability to multi task and prioritize tasks with accuracy. Able to keep busy in downtimes. Incentives and Commission applicable for the right candidate. EMAIL ONLY
