Following Company Protocol with detail, Managing Stock Takes and Kitchen Staff- able to control and delegate the team efficiently, Knowledge in Excel/ PC Skills/Basic Budget Recons and Updating on a daily basis, Available 6 days a week, Knowledge in restaurant operations and duties, Good Time Management, Motivating team.
