Firstsource is a global Business Process Outsourcing company providing a range of customer management services to leading companies in the telecommunications, financial services and healthcare sectors.  In our Dublin-based delivery centre Firstsource offers first-rate customer service, sales and back office processing to one of Ireland’s market leaders in Telecommunications.

Due to an exciting new development, Firstsource are keen to expand their Customer Service Division and are looking for a number of experienced Customer Service Agents to join their team.  Our dedicated Customer Care team are responsible for delivering an exceptional, commercially focused and professional customer experience by responding effectively and efficiently to outbound and inbound queries from eircom customers.

We have full-time permanent contracts available.  Applicants should be available to work flexible hours (40/week) 9am-9 Monday-Saturday.  Interviewing throughout December for start in January 2014
