Head Chef Required, Location: Scottburgh, South Coast (Ugu), Job Type: Full-Time. We are looking for enthusiastic, creative and a fully qualified chef to assist in running our kitchen. Attention to detail is a must, as is demonstrated culinary expertise. We are looking for a chef with creativity and passion to help us produce innovative dishes and enhance the over all dining experience for our customers.

Requirements: Managing a busy kitchen. Setting menus and food pricing. Costing & preparation. Ordering & monitoring suppliers. Schedule kitchen staff. Reliable. Hard working. Passionate about food. Portioning control.  Daily Stock Take. Ensure  safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen
