Sales Administrator X 2, Location: Centurion, Pretoria / Tshwane, Job Type: Full-Time. The role of a sales administrator is to deal with incoming customer inquiries and assisting the sales force with daily sales administration tasks.
Duties and responsibilities: Processing quotes for sales reps and internal sales; Capturing sales orders; Invoicing of orders; Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team's objectives; Taking phone calls from customers and sales reps; Assisting and resolving all customer and sales representatives' inquiries; Communicating internally important feedback from customer and sales reps; Dealing with and responding to high volumes of e-mails; Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service (Internal and External Customers); Assistance with tender preparations, reports and proposals.
Requirements; High organisational skills; Must be able to multi task; Must be organised, flexible and professional; Ability to prioritise own workload; Strong communication skills; Experience, skills and knowledge of Syspro advantageous; An administrative background; Must be detailed orientated; Must be a quick-learner and an excellent communicator.
Education: Matric Certificate. Previous sales administration highly beneficial.
