Team/Marketing Assistant, Location: Blouberg, West Coast, Job Type: Full-Time. We are looking for someone to join our fast-paced and passionate team to work on our latest educational program, marketing and group assistant of our organisation. The program consists of multiple clubs, each lead by a community member. The club members work through an 11 step curriculum which takes their passion or idea that is then supported through conducting their own primary research.The results of this research are composed into a ‘story only they can tell’ in the form of a talk, which they are encouraged to deliver to an audience or share through other forms of media.

The role will require you to: Conduct weekly check-ins with the club leaders. Update and adapt club materials as needed Problem solve to the needs of the club leaders Identify and complete training with prospective club leaders. Fulfill general admin duties (including but not limited to - submitting licence agreements, completing and filing forms and contracts). Create fundraising plans and act according to those plans Assist with groups during their visits to South Africa Strong understanding of the digital environment Organized, detail-oriented and deadline-sensitive in this fast paced position.

Self starter who takes initiative to find solutions Strong customer service orientation essential. Excellent English literacy. Must have sound knowledge on Wordpress. Must have full command of key media channels like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube and Mailchimp. Graphic design skills for our various themes Creating social media content calendars and campaigns. Video editing is an advantage but not a necessity Salesforce experience is an advantage but not a necessity Experience in the travel media industry is an advantage but not a necessity. Salary based on experience.
