Customer Service Agent

Savills is a worldwide property agent and it is our aim to be the property agent of choice in the markets we service. Due to the growth of our Asset Management Department we now wish to strengthen our team further by recruiting Customer Service Agents.

Based in our Dublin City centre office you will support the Asset Management department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to establish themselves in the industry and progress their career with one of the leading property advisors in the country.

Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

    * Collecting, reviewing and monitoring property data from third party sources
    * Updating comparable sales database on on-going basis
    * Preparing regular reports and compiling sales appraisals
    * Ensuring third party provide weekly feedback on all current sales
    * Ensuring appropriate documentation is in place for each sale where necessary
    * Using MS Office daily especially Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel and our in-house Asset Management System.
    * Assisting with compilation of monthly MI reports
    * Working closely with Asset Manager on ongoing projects



Person Specification

    * The successful candidate will be goal orientated, flexible, extremely well organised and should enjoy working within a challenging and busy work environment.
    * Ability to work on your own initiative and attention to detail are essential
    * Pride yourself on going the extra mile.
    * Be personable and outgoing and a good team player.
    * Present well in a corporate environment and have proven customer / client relationship skills.
    * Experience in a sales role or within the property industry is desirable but not essential.
    * Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the capability of building good relations within other offices across the Savills Group.
    * Given the sensitive commercial information the successful person will be privy to confidentiality and discretion is crucial.
