Front of House / Receptionist, Location: Bellville, Northern Suburbs, Department: Front of House. Reporting to: Front of House Manager. Working hours: Banch Determined. Position purpose: Effectively & efficiently perform all front of house functions.
Key Responsibilities: Responsible for but not limited to the following broad job functions: Greet Customers, Direct Visitors and Manage incoming Calls. Keep reception area neat and clean at all times. Assist with client requests and inquiries. Client Communication (quotes, job status etc). Printing and Processing Invoices. Receive Payments (Cash & Credit Card). Selling Company Products. Stock Taking & Stock Management.
Qualifications And Experience: Matric (Grade 12) – Essential. Administrative Experience – Preferable. Retail Experience – Preferable. PC Literate (Excel, i-Tunes, Emails etc) – Preferable. Apple Experience – Beneficial
Core Skills & Attributes: Customer Focus, Communication Skills, Sales Orientated, Accountability, OTHER Must be willing to work Shifts/Retail Hours.
