Sous Chef, Location: Hermanus, Overberg, Job Type: Full-Time. Moody Lagoon is seeking an experienced Chef to work as Sous Chef alongside our Head Chef. You will be used to working in a pressurised environment, have great leadership skills and have the ability to produce outstanding food. Experience of fine dining style environment is an advantage.
