The suitable candidate will have experience in leadership, development, meeting KPI's, Unit management & Cardiothoracic experience. We are looking for the following: Professional RN's with current (or eligible) AHPRA registration. RN Div 1's experienced in Cardiothoracic nursing. Minimum 3 years post registration experience. Leadership experience. Flexible with shifts and working hours. Excellent communication skills. Attention to detail. Good patient empathy. Team player. Willingness to learn. Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. A current Australian working Visa.
