Telesales - Location: Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, Job Type: Full-Time, We are looking for enthusiastic Telesales Representatives to contribute in generating sales for PureGroup. An effective telesales representative    must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. The applicant must be comfortable presenting products and services over the phone as well as dealing with objections. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business. You will partner closely with our sales team.

Duties include but are not limited to: Contact potential customers to inform them about a product or service;  direct prospects to the field sales team; check fibre feasibility; enter and update customer information in the database; keep records of calls and sales and note useful information; Report to branch manager; General  admin duties.

Suitable candidate must have a valid driver’s licence and at least 2 years experience in telesales
