Italian Customer Authentication Analyst, Location: Century City, Cape Town, Job Type: Full-Time. Global Leader in Online Security is recruiting for ITALIAN SPEAKING - Analysts to join their rapidly growing team in Cape Town.

The primary function of the role is to issue authentication certificates for all new and renewing clients. Hours for this role support EMEA working times, so either 7-4pm / 8-5pm / 9-6pm or 10-7pm

The role itself requires process driven individuals with strong attention to details, critical thinking with a solid analytical background and more importantly individuals who come from a direct Customer Services environment. The role has customer support responsibilities in the form of live chat, email and telephonically. Ideally Tertiary (bonus) plus 2 years’ relevant experience of which 1 year should come from a CS role where adherence to strict policies and regulations are ESSENTIAL

Salary PER MONTH IS R18 300 CTC INCLUSIVE benefits (med and prov) and an annual bonus of 7% of CTC, study all per annum R90k and other disability /death benefits.
