IT Help Desk / Receptionist, Location: Hartbeespoort, North West, IT Help Desk / Receptionist. This position would ideally suit a young graduate with a knowledge of IT functionality. This is a newly created position and is available with immediate effect.

Front office reseption duties: Liaise with Customers, Receive fault reports and queries, Log fault reports, Allocate work sheets to Technicians, Manage fault time lime to completion, Office administration, Oversee travel bookings as required, Matric, MS Office, IT Certificate/Diploma or similar, Basic salary of R9000pm.
