About the role: The role is a local to Tom Price on a flexible 5:2/4/3 roster with flexible working hours. In this role you will need to advocate your strong administrative skills.

Ensuring compliance with Rio Tinto Iron Ore, external standards, and document control guidance for major projects. Providing a quality assurance function to the team in terms of accuracy and company standards in relation to document control processes and systems. Providing the control, capture, registration and dissemination of information to and from EDM and FDMS supporting business systems. Maintain records of non-deliverable project data

Liaising with EPCM document controllers, and other stakeholders, to ensure that the integrity of information and EPCM has consistent principles applied with the classification and identification of information. Contribute towards the delivery of projects to the agreed outcomes, industry and quality standards
