Dutch Customer Support Agent, Location: Somerset West, Helderberg, Job Type: Full-Time. THESL, a fast growing procurement solution company, based in Somerset West requires a professional and vibrant customer support agent.

Requirements: Matric (Grade 12), Able to communicate in English and Dutch, Computer literate, Must be able to work in a team environment. Call centre experience will be advantageous. Previous experience in electronic or cell phone sales will be advantageous. No criminal record. Must be based in Helderberg area or have their own transport if based outside Helderberg region. Able to work under pressure.

General Task: Offer clients product and system support. Deal with customer queries. Manage emails and incoming calls. Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday (No public Holidays). Alternate Saturdays 9am - 1pm (where applicable).
