Warehouse worker - material handling (Lumber Yard)
Terms of Employment: Temporary, Full Time, Weekend, Day, Evening
Salary: $10.00 to $10.25 Hourly for 40 hours per week, Other Benefits
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Moncton, New Brunswick (3 vacancies )
Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required
Experience: Will train
Work Setting: Retail and wholesale distribution centre
Vehicle and Equipment Experience: Pallet lifters, Industrial lift trucks and forklifts
Weight Handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
Specific Skills: Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment, Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload and move materials and products, Pick orders and stock, Wrap goods, Sort goods, Stack goods, Maintain and organize inventory
Additional Skills: Customer service skills
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Attention to detail, Bending, crouching, kneeling
Work Site Environment: Outdoors, Dusty, Hot
