Corporate Legal Manager – Firm, The candidate should be based in UAE , Should be a bilingual : Arabic-English. Should have excellent English communication skills both in writing & Oral. Shaould have excellent experience in drafting of legal agreements in Banking / Real Estate/ Joint ventures/ Contracts / Mergers / All Business Deals. Should have worked for not less than 8 years within a large legal firm. While drafting an agreement should have made in-depth research & understanding of all the legalities involved in the deals.
