Internal Sales Assistant Required, Location: Margate, South Coast (Ugu), Job Type: Full-Time. Internal Sales Assistant Gelmar is looking for a goal driven, customer orientated  person to join the team in our Margate Branch. The ideal candidate will have 2+ Years of Retail experience behind them and must have a genuine passion for engaging with people. Applicants with previous Hardware experience will have a distinct advantage. This position would be ideal for a recent school leaver as it is Junior in nature.

Requirements: English and Afrikaans speaking; Computer Literate; Good attention to detail; Good numeracy skills; Confident personality.

Typical Tasks: Invoicing, Customer Purchases; Merchandising, Stock according to categories & codes; Maintaining allocated aisles; Stock Takes (Pre & Post); General Housekeeping; Following up with customer queries & orders.

Skills Required: Must have excellent interpersonal & communication skills; Excellent telephone manner; Ability to handle Cash & Cash Ups; Computer Literate; Neat & presentable manner. Kindly use “MARGATE” in your subject line.
