Project Leader and Marketing team member, Location: Blouberg, West Coast, Job Type: Full-Time. We are looking for a dedicated, hard-working individual to join our fast-paced passionate team. The role will require you to work on our latest educational program, marketing and group visits to our organization.

The educational program consists of multiple clubs all run by a club leader. The club members work through a curriculum that teaches them to compose and deliver a story that only they can tell. Within our organization, we have multiple different platforms in which we reach our audience. This is through social media, websites, OTA's and more. We also have multiple groups come to stay with us throughout the year which visit our projects and attractions in the local area.

This role will require you too: Enjoy working with young adults. Conduct weekly check-ins with the club leaders. Update and adapt club materials as needed. Problem solve to the needs of the club leaders. Identify and complete training with prospective club leaders. Fulfill general admin duties (including but not limited to - submitting license agreements, completing and filing forms and contracts).

Create fundraising plans and act according to those plans. Assist with groups during their visits to South Africa. Strong understanding of the digital environment. Organized, detail-oriented and deadline-sensitive in this fast-paced position. Self-starter who takes initiative to find solutions. Strong customer service orientation essential. Excellent English literacy. Must have sound knowledge on Wordpress. Must have full command of key media channels like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube and Mailchimp. Graphic design skills for our various themes. Creating social media content calendars and campaigns.
