Must have experiences in the following categories with 3 or 5 years. Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Roofing, Painting. Must have at least 3 contactable references. Sober habits with PRO Skills. Own transport essential and be able to work after hours or weekends on emergencies if necessary.
