Labourer, Location: Chifley, ACT. Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 Work Type: Full time position Tenancy: Permanent position: 1 Who are we: Canberra Podiatry has over 20 years experience manufacturing custom orthotics for their patients. We use our expert skills to produce quality custom orthotics. This position will have you working with a small team, who enjoy what we do and the podiatrists we work with.

What you'll need: A great work ethic, turn up on time and be prepared to put in an honest days work. Duties are: Manufacture, fabricate and repair orthotics and additions according to company’s quality and quantity standards Cutting of materials. Contact suppliers to order orthotic fabrication materials and maintain inventory of items used during fabrication process. Machinery operation eg grinding etc.

Adhere to all safety regulations, comply with Occupational Safety and Health Administration requirements, and maintain a safe and clean work environment. Workshop maintenance and cleaning. The opportunity to expand your skills and learn how to manufacture orthotics will be available for the right candidate and full training will be provided.
