Matriculant / Graduate (NON-EE) Durban URGENT, Location, Waterfall, West Suburbs, Job Type Full-Time. An established transport Company requires a hard-working and energetic Junior Assistant with Front Office, warehouse assistant & office driver responsibilities. NB! The successful candidate should ideally be based in the Western suburbs of Durban. HUGE opportunity for long-term growth in the Company!

Responsibilities: Answer incoming telephone calls in fluent Afrikaans and English. Manage general telephonic and email queries. General office administration duties. Assist with freight / warehouse management responsibilities. Local & surrounds office driver responsibilities as and when required. Ad hoc responsibilities, when required.

Minimum Requirements: Entry-level Matriculant / Graduate with no / little work experience. (will consider someone with more relevant experience). Minimum Matric / Grade 12 qualification, with a good academic record. Proficient Microsoft Office skills. Fluent professional verbal and written communication skills in Afrikaans and English. An eloquent and confident telephone etiquette with an enduring positive energy. Good people-skills and ability to deal with difficult people. Must have a drivers’ license and own transport. Will be required to work every third weekend. Additional technical skills beneficial (woodwork, welding, etc.) Must ideally reside in the Western suburbs of Durban (Will consider candidates willing to relocate). No Job Hoppers Will Be Considered. SALARY: R5900 - R8000 per month, negotiable depending on skill and experience.
