Understanding the project specifications, mep scope of work and ifc drawings clearly. Daily site visiting and pushing civil to initiate the mep clearance, if the area is clear to work for mep contractors. Once the clearance initiated pushing mep contractors to complete their work within the stipulated timing. Quality of the mep work should not be compromised as there is any deviation, immediately informing seniors regarding the disputes. Maintaining mep clearance log for the smooth work flow. To solve any disputes between the mep and civil contractors in an immediate basis. Maintaining proper relationship with client, consultant and sub contractors. Attending the mep inspections and if there is abortive work, pushing mep contractor to solve as early as possible. Checking all the mep materials used in site are approved and storing f mep materials should be checked. To complete all the mep works, by coordinating with the mep subcontractors, even if the civil asking for mep clearance at the last moment. Maintaing a smooth workflow between civil and mep, by clearing all the disputes between them. Pushing mep contractor for a better house keeping to have a safe working environment.
