Property Portfolio Manager, Location, Bedfordview, East Rand, Job TypeFull-Time. Property Portfolio Manager Needed. A growing property management company requires the services of a Portfolio Manager.  The person would be one who can work in a pressurised environment and keep a level head as you will be dealing with people from all walks of life.

Experience in this field relates to scheme management and knowledge of CSOS and STSMA Act of 2011 is preferred. The person should have excellent computer skills and have some knowledge of solving account queries with the help of the accounts support department. The position entails the incumbent to be flexible with their time as they would be expected to attend meetings in the evenings (approx. 3-4 meetings till 8 pm every evening).

Below are some of the duties, but not limited to, that would be performed by the incumbent: Work well under pressure. Punctuality is of utmost importance. Strong people’s skills. Prepare documents for meetings. Attend meetings, take minutes and distribute them accordingly. Prepare budgets. Imperative to have your own reliable vehicle and cell phone – the company provides a cell phone allowance

SALARY: Market Related Plus Commission
