Matriculant/ Graduate Administrator - CPT (Non-EE), Location, Brackenfell, Northern Suburbs, Job Type Full-Time. An established transport Company requires hard-working and ambitious entry-level Matriculants / Graduates with administration duties. NB! Job Description: Answer incoming telephone calls in fluent Afrikaans and English. Manage general telephonic and email queries. Assist with a busy switchboard.  Process and issue invoices. Send relevant documentation to customers and follow-up on incomplete information. General office administration duties. Ad hoc responsibilities as and when required.

Minimum Requirements: A Matric / Grade 12 qualification, with a good academic record (mathematics ideal). Completed tertiary qualification/ pursuing any part-time tertiary qualification beneficial (especially in the following fields: accounting/ logistics/ business management/ communication/ marketing, or similar). No / minimal work experience (entry-level position). Proficient Microsoft Office and typing skills. Fluent professional verbal and written communication skills in Afrikaans and English. An eloquent and confident telephone etiquette with an enduring positive energy. Good people-skills and ability to deal with difficult people. Must have a drivers’ license and own transport. Will be required to work every third Saturday. Must ideally reside in the northern suburbs of Western Cape.
