Balustrade and Staircase Sub-Contractor requires a Project Manager with at least 3 to 5 years experience in the construction and building industry. Individual to manage commercial and residential projects. Candidate to ensure budget, quality and deadlines are achieved. Strong client liaison and negotiating skills required.
Technical experience essential and must have own transport. Monthly Salary 28-30k CTO based on experience.
