Receptionist and Administration Officer – Lismore, CASPA, Lismore & Far North Coast, Salary, SCHADS Award 3 up to 61,292.40 pa + sup/salary pac, Position Vacant – Receptionist and Administration Officer.

This is a great opportunity for a highly organised and experienced receptionist to join CASPA’s Lismore People, Culture and Media Team on a permanent full time basis, working as first point of contact at our Keen Street office in Lismore.

About the opportunity, CASPA is a not-for-profit organisation providing a range of specialised care services for youth with complex needs and for people with disabilities.  Our programs include supervised residential care provided under a therapeutic framework for young people who have complex needs and cannot live with their family.  This model also includes modalities of semi-independent living and supervised contact.  We also provide Foster Care which involves one or more child or young people living in a community integrated as a part of a family for a specified and agreed amount of time.  Plus we provide a range of Family Support programs that include supports under the NDIS, Indie Living, Respite Recovery, Mentoring, and Early-Intervention.  CASPA’s Quality, Risk and Compliance department oversee the requirements of the organisation to comply with all regulatory agencies for child protection, the Receptionist and Administration Officer reports directly to the Office Coordinator and will be responsible for all front reception duties at our Keen Street Office.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, able to work in a fast paced environment with highly regarded receptionist and administrative experience, a positive attitude and attention to detail that align with our vision and values: 'Inspiring People to Thrive.'

This is a great opportunity for an Receptionist specialist to provide a high level presentation of CASPA's reception and across our multi-faceted organisation.

Key Responsibilities of the role?: Answer telephone calls and distribute enquiries effectively between staff and relevant stakeholders. Administrative duties and high level presentation of CASPA's reception and administration offices. Mail collection and maintain mail register. Kitchen duties including clean up and supplies. First aid supplies for all kits located in the offices of Keen and Molesworth Street. Assist with electronic booking systems, catering and set up for the conference rooms and IT equipment in the Lismore offices. Assist in the procurement of office stationary requirements. Document creation using Microsoft Office Suite and Nitro Pro. Assist in event coordination/organization. Meet administration, report writing and compliance responsibilities. Contribute to a proactive and positive team culture. Comply with the WHS Act 2011 in carrying out all duties.
