Location, City Centre, Cape Town, Job Type Full-Time. We are a new sushi restaurant that has opened in the CBD (Loop Street) - Shibui Sushi. We are in need of experienced sushi chefs to start immediately.

You will need to be familiar with: the preparation work - cutting of fish; making the sauces and rice etc. the making of the sushi - classic sushi rolls as well as new style. Platting of the sushi - all sushi is packed in takeaway boxes but still needs to look great. The kitchen is a for a takeaway restaurant so all orders will be made for delivery.
