Customer Service Coordinator, Axil Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery, located in Hawthorn. Our team brings years of hospitality experience to service the Melbourne industry, through wholesale coffee distribution and owner operated cafes. We are a team of young passionate people who share a collective drive for high quality coffee and food.

As a Customer Service Coordinator you will provide administrative support to our all facets of the business. As the first point of contact, you will have a friendly, professional, and courteous manner and maintaining a high customer service standard with all our customers.The Customer Service Coordinator is an integral role assisting our sales, dispatch and café teams with all administrative functions.

Wholesale Handle all inquiries from wholesale customers. Phone orders with wholesale customers. Entering, printing and delivery coordination of wholesale orders. Coordinate service technicians.  Administrative. Place stationary orders. Place retail merchandise orders. Processing of customer payments. Debt collection, Data entry, Account receivable and payable, Receive all inbound calls, Carry out general office duties,  General organisation of office including filing, Banking, And any other duties assigned by management. Personal Competencies. Experience using MYOB desirable though not essential. Advanced Microsoft Office skills. Previous experience in administrative role. Proven commitment to customer service

Strong organisational and administrative skills. Effective communication via a professional telephone manner. History of successful relationship management with clients. Ability to work within a team environment. Ability to work under strict deadlines and high pressure environment. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Full time position, Monday to Friday exists for a reliable, well presented person, with great communication and organisational. This position is an all-round office position and is both challenging and rewarding. A strong work ethic and accountability for the position is a pre-requisite.
