Office Admin / Personal Assistant, Location, Randburg, Johannesburg, Job Type Full-Time. We are looking for an office admin / personal assistant. Minimum Skills And Knowledge Required: Grade 10 (minimum). Must be a South African female between the age of 18 to 24. Computer literate with Microsoft Office (On the job learning skills will be provided!!!). Behavioural Skills Required: Must have excellent communication (English) and interpersonal.

Skills: Must be very organised and a disciplined person. Adaptable and a fast learner. Must have a high level of confidentiality. Must be deadline driven with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment. Excellent time management skills. Must be a dynamic, well organized, efficient and a self-motivated individual. Must be a proactive problem solver and a team player.

Brief Description Of Key Performance Areas: Filing of Documents. Data capturing. Manage the entry, filing and data retrieval system. Working with emails and spreadsheets. Drafting of correspondences. Assisting with Quotes & Invoicing. To schedule, arrange meetings and appointments. To manage travel, hotels and flight bookings. Manage petty cash. Daily Banking. Perform general office duties, such as ordering of supplies and performing administrative work. To ensure that the strictest confidentiality is maintained in relation to office and management.

Must be a fast learner, adaptable, and show eagerness to learn. Salary starting at Six thousand, negotiable on merit of abilities. Potential for exponential career growth and travel experiences.
