Marketing Executive

Abrivia Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Marketing Executive with a leading IT Organisation. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company which has experience year on year growth. With 35 employees altogether across software developers, sales and marketing; they operate in an informal manner and a team approach is important.

The successful Marketing Executive will report to the Marketing Director and they will gain invaluable exposure to the Business.

The Role

This is an all encompassing marketing position. This person will be required to deliver a range of marketing and positioning content in multiple formats, to work closely with the rest of the team in supporting the sales team with sales enablement collateral and tools, and to help manage their presence across multiple social media channels. Candidates must have excellent content creation and design skills, and be comfortable working in a busy multi-tasking environment.

The key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to, the following:

    * Creation of a wide range of marketing collateral in multiple formats
    * Delivery of messaging and positioning across social media channels
    * Management and reporting of various demand creation activities
    * Marketing support for trade show events, seminars and webinars

The Candidate

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Executive will join the Marketing team in delivering quality, timely and consistent company branding, positioning and messaging. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate strong organization, communication, analytical and decision making skills. The candidate should have a proven background in marketing and product marketing in a B2B software environment. As an integral part of the Marketing team, the successful candidate must be a strong team player with key attributes such as flexibility, self-motivation and a proactive attitude

Key Requirements

    * Experience in delivery marketing messaging and positioning across different social media channels
    * Experience of marketing automation and CRM tools such as Marketo and Sugar CRM also a distinct advantage
    * Commitment to quality and on-time delivery
    * Strong writing/communication and presentation skills
    * Must be an effective problem solver, able to come up with creative solutions and consider many alternative solutions to each problem
    * Experience of working in a B2B technology environment is preferable
    * Experience of marketing enterprise software, especially IT Operations Management solutions, a distinct advantage.
