About the Role: This is a hands-on role in which you will own responsibility for all aspects of the smooth running of an office. You will implement and maintain office systems, supplies and administrative processes and ensure the smooth running’s of the office. You will also be the first point of contact for, and provide executive support to the Managing Director. Additionally, you will manage the front of house experience and be responsible for creating a friendly, helpful and professional service to clients.

About You: This role would suit someone with previous Receptionist experience and previous exposure to Office Management and/or Executive Assistant, who is willing to get their hands dirty and assist in all areas of office management. This can range from meeting guest as they arrive to ordering milk for the kitchen. You will also be able to use your strong written and verbal communication skills and exceptional attention to detail to assist the Managing Director on a wide range of tasks as required. You will also have working knowledge of office equipment, and take a proactive approach to your role.
