Your new company: This is an excellent opportunity to get yourself into a Government Department which provides initiatives for evaluating and improving quality teaching and student learning. Our client is looking for the next first class Customer Service Officer to hit the ground running from day one and make an impression! Based in the CBD, this department is looking for a Customer Service Officer that answer inbound calls and follow up with any general enquirers.

Your new role: The role is full time starting as a 2-month temporary position with the possibility to extend. Your day to day duties requires you to have: Capable to build strong relationships with colleagues quickly. Excellent telephone manner and outstanding communication skills. Ability to take a high-volume of inbound calls. Provide clear, correct and timely information whilst following up with emails to ensure all matters are resolved. What you'll need to succeed

To be successful for this position you should have: Previous experience working within a contact centre. Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills. Confident multi-tasker and have a committed approach to customer satisfaction. Working Holiday visas are welcome to apply! What you'll get in return.
