Customer Service Agents, Location: Umhlanga, North Suburbs, Job Type: Part-Time. A dynamic and fast growing Durban based company is looking to employ inbound customer care agents on a part time basis.

NB: Working hours are: Fridays - 18:00pm to 02:00am. Saturdays - 18:00pm to 02:00am. Remuneration: R300 per shift.

Minimum requirements: Matric, Computer literate in MS Word, MS Excel, Flexible and able to work after hours shifts, Umhlanga/Phoenix/Durban North based candidates would be ideal. Must have own transport Successful candidates will be responsible for handling all inbound customer care calls as well as dispatching and liaising with internal staff (drivers) and customers to ensure the required service levels are met.

Duties: Inbound customer care Allocate, dispatch and manage drivers to ensure required service levels are met. Data capture Convert inbound sales enquiries Skills. Excellent communication skills and professional telephone etiquette. A customer focused approach with an open attitude towards customers. Be able to work under pressure. Good attention to detail when capturing customer information. Energetic and able to use initiative Reliable, committed and take pride in your work.
